2) The service

CutSizeGenie provides virtual inventory and size-mapping features to help eligible Shopify merchants improve size availability. You configure mappings and safety settings inside the app. The app may update inventory and record logs according to your configuration.

3) Eligibility & responsible use

• You must have authority to install and manage apps for the Shopify store.
• You are responsible for configuring mappings only where your products and operations allow it.
• The app is intended for categories where alterations/cut-size workflows are feasible. Do not use it for regulated categories where substitutions/alterations are not permitted.

4) Billing & subscription

Billing is handled through Shopify’s billing system. Your charges, renewals, and cancellations are subject to Shopify’s billing flows and your selected plan.

• Plan pricing and features are shown on the Shopify App Store listing and/or within the app.
• You can uninstall the app through Shopify Admin. Shopify may handle billing proration according to their policies.

5) Data & privacy

Our data practices are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to our collection and use of information as described there.

6) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the app except where permitted by law.
• Interfere with the app’s operation, security, or integrity.
• Use the app in a way that violates Shopify terms or applicable laws.

7) Disclaimers

The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee specific revenue, ROAS, conversion uplift, or business outcomes. Results vary depending on catalog, operations, traffic quality, and configuration.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CutSizeGenie and its operator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the app.

Where permitted, our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amounts paid by you to CutSizeGenie through Shopify for the service in the three (3) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

9) Termination

You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to conflict of law principles. Courts located in [Your City/State] will have jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
